You may not know this yet, but the best margarita is the one that's not loaded with sugar and dare we say is actually full of fresh and healthy ingredients?! Earthy & sweet carrot juice pairs with spicy ginger and smoky & fruity Gochugaru for a margarita experience you'll swear is too good to be true. You won't carrot-all that this isn't a classic, because it will quickly become your go-to Summer refresher! Ingredients 3 medium carrots, chopped 1" piece of ginger, peeled and chopped 2 oz blanco tequila .75 oz triple sec or Cointreau 1 oz fresh lemon juice juice of 1/2 navel orange 1 tsp Spicewalla Gochugaru Chilli Flakes .5 oz light agave Shop the Recipe Gochugaru Chilli Flakes $9.99 Print Preparation Add carrots, ginger, lemon juice, and 1/2 cup of cold water to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour juice through a fine mesh sieve or nut bag and discard the pulp. Add 3 oz. of carrot-ginger-lemon juice to a shaker tin. Add tequila, triple sec, orange juice, agave, and Gochugaru to the shaker and fill with ice. Shake hard to incorporate all ingredients and then strain into a glass over fresh ice.
