How long will It take for my order to ship?
We typically get orders out the door in 2-5 days before shipping. Big sales and holiday season can slow us down (typically to a 10-14 day fulfillment, before shipping), but our amazing shipping team works super hard to get orders from our spice factory and to your door as fast as they can.
I’m ordering multiple items as gifts. Can I ship items to different addresses on the same order?
We can’t wait to mindblast all your gift recipients! Unfortunately, we can't split orders to multiple shipping addresses. So each shipping address must be its own order and meet the $49 minimum to qualify for free shipping.
I got my shipment confirmation email. When will I receive my order?
Shipping times can be difficult to estimate, especially during the holiday season, and vary depending on how far you are from our factory in Asheville, NC. Typically, orders shipped in the contiguous states take 3 to 7 days to arrive.
I got a delivery confirmation email, but I don’t see my spices. What gives?
Bummer! If it’s been less than a day, please hang tight. Sometimes shipping carriers scan items as delivered before they arrive to you but they are usually not too far behind. Check in with your neighbors to see if they got your package by mistake (or even stole ‘em on purpose — who could resist that aroma!). If your order doesn’t show up in a couple days, write us at customercare@spicewallabrand.com and we’ll try and track down your spices or get a replacement package sent your way.
My tracking number shows no movement. What’s going on?
There could be a couple of different reasons but most of ‘em are pretty boring. If you see no movement for 48 hours, reach out to our Customer Care team. We’re here for you!
What's the return & refund policy?
RETURNS
If you purchased a Spicewalla item you would like to return here’s the deal:
- Let us know within 72 hours of receiving your package
- Must return within 30 days of purchase
- Must be unopened and in original packaging
Original shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. That’s it!
If we sent you the wrong spices just let us know as soon as you receive the package by emailing customercare@spicewallabrand.com. We’ll make sure we get you what you need ASAP and we’ll help you get that order back. Shipping’s on us.
REFUNDS
If you would like a refund for returned Spicewalla spices it will be issued once we receive the original, unopened item back in our spice cave. We’ll send you an email to let you know it arrived safe and sound.
If you paid with a CC it will be refunded back to the card used during checkout. If you have an account with Spicewalla we will credit your account.
