Honey & Herb Grilled Grouper

Honey & Herb Grilled Grouper

This fish is delish and it makes quite the dish. But like, for real. Fast, light, flavorful, and saucy; it's checkin' all the boxes for us. Lightly charred over a flame, then drenched in a post-grill marinade of Honey & Herb rub, thinly sliced onion, Graza olive oil, and zingy rice wine vinegar. There may be many fish in the sea, but this one's our favorite.

  • Ingredients

¼ cup Graza Drizzle olive oil
    1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar

The juice of 1/2 an orange
¼ cup thinly sliced shallot or red onion
1 Tbsp Spicewalla Honey & Herb rub
    1 pound grouper filet
    Kosher salt
    Black pepper, freshly ground
    Fresh dill, for garnish
    Lemon, for garnish

    Preparation

    1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
    2. In a small bowl combine the olive oil, rice wine vinegar, the juice of 1/2 an orange, shallot, and Honey & Herb rub. Stir together to combine and set aside.
    3. Pat the grouper filet dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle with a hefty pinch of salt and pepper.
    4. Place on the grill and cook for about 4 minutes, flip and cook for about another 4 minutes each until fully cooked through, and flakes easily with a fork.
    5. Remove from the grill and place on your favorite serving platter or plate.
    6. Pour the marinade over the fish while still warm, garnish with dill and fresh lemon juice.
    7. Enjoy!
