The warm vanilla notes of reposado tequila accentuates the flavours of zesty orange, chocolatey mole bliss, and perfectly sweet heat from the Nora Chilli Flakes. The best part perhaps? A sidecar of dry curacao adds an additional layer of orangey-ness that takes this recipe to new levels of yum! Ingredients 2 oz reposado tequila 1 oz fresh lime juice .5 oz fresh orange juice .5 oz Cointreau 1 full dropper of Bittermen's Mole Bitters 1 tsp of Spicewalla Nora Chilli Flakes Sidecar of Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao Shop the Recipe Print Preparation Add all ingredients, except for the Dry Curacao, to a shaker tin and fill with ice. Shake vigorously, then strain over fresh ice into a collins or rocks glass. Garnish with an orange twist, and serve with a sidecar of Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao.
