Pumpkin Spice Latte
Ingredients:
½ cup freshly-brewed strong coffee
1 cup of milk or non-dairy alternative
1-2 tbs maple syrup
1 tsp Spicewalla Pumpkin Pie Spice
Instructions
- Pour milk into a small pot and heat over medium-low heat until it is hot and almost simmering.
- Brew a strong pot of coffee, then pour approximately half of a cup into your preferred coffee vessel. Add 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice and 1 to 2 tablespoons of maple syrup to sweeten. Stir until well combined.
- Use a milk frother to froth your milk for about 30 seconds or until foamy, then pour into the mug on top of the pumpkin spice coffee mixture. Reserve the extra foam, and spoon it on top.
- Sprinkle a pinch of Pumpkin Pie Spice on top and enjoy!
