Pumpkin Spice Latte

No matter where you FALL on the PSL-love spectrum, just try to enjoy this often-polarizing beverage for what it truly is: a delicious, seasonal coffee drink featuring a cozy spice blend that's been popular for over 100 years. Whipped cream optional.

    ½ cup freshly-brewed strong coffee
    1 cup of milk or non-dairy alternative
    1-2 Tbsp maple syrup
    1 tsp Spicewalla Pumpkin Spice

    Preparation

    1. Pour milk into a small pot and heat over medium-low heat until it is hot and almost simmering.
    2. Brew a strong pot of coffee, then pour approximately half of a cup into your preferred coffee vessel. Add 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice and 1 to 2 tablespoons of maple syrup to sweeten. Stir until well combined.
    3. Use a milk frother to froth your milk for about 30 seconds or until foamy, then pour into the mug on top of the pumpkin spice coffee mixture. Reserve the extra foam, and spoon it on top.
    4. Sprinkle a pinch of Pumpkin Spice on top and enjoy!
