We're probably all used to that same Greek Pasta salad that shows up to every Memorial Day cookout or summertime backyard barbecue. You can count on Aunt Cindy or your next door neighbor, Deborah, to show up to these events with a pasta salad, drowning in some grocery store Italian dressing, and so sweet that it could give you a cavity. Place red wine vinegar, lemon juice, Spicewalla za'atar, salt, and pepper in a small mixing bowl, slowly whisk in olive oil until homogenous. 2. Set aside. to Make the Pasta Salad: 1. Boil pasta, with salted water. Then strain when cooked. 2. Combine pasta, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, olives and feta in a medium sized mixing bowl and stir together until combined.
