Use a vegetable peeler to peel orange and 1 lemon (although you can peel all the lemons if you’d like to use peels for garnish!) 2. Place zest in a saucepan and add cinnamon sticks, black cardamom, cloves, ginger, tea bags, and 1 ¾ cups of water. Bring to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Let steep for 5 minutes. 3. Remove tea bags, stir in honey, and allow to cool completely. Meanwhile, juice the peeled orange and lemons (you should end up with roughly 1 ¼ cups of juice altogether.) 4. Strain tea mixture through a fine mesh strainer, and in a pitcher combine tea with lemon and orange juice, rye whiskey, orange bitters, and ice. Serve cold over ice and garnish with an orange or lemon twist!
