Cajun Seasoning Deviled Eggs

Can one have too many deviled eggs? (We're thinking no). If you're looking to *literally* spice things up this spring, start with these Cajun deviled eggs. Our Cajun seasoning gives these eggs bold, smoky, and spicy notes. Surprise your family this year with a fresh take on an old classic.

Yield: 24 egg halves
Time: 1 hour

  • Ingredients

    12 hard-boiled eggs
    6 Tbsp mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
    Kosher salt
    Spicewalla Black pepper
    2 tsp Spicewalla Cajun Seasoning

    Preparation

    1. Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
    2. Gently remove the yolks with a spoon and place in a bowl.
    3. Add the mayonnaise, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the yolks and mix together until smooth.
    4. Add Cajun Seasoning to the mixture.
    5. Portion the yolk mixture back into the egg whites. Sprinkle more Cajun Seasoning on top. Enjoy!

1 Tbs dijon mustard
1 Tbs apple cider vinegar
Kosher salt
Spicewalla Black pepper
2 tsp Spicewalla Cajun Seasoning
