Tiger Bowl Punch

Natty Ice is great and everything, but wouldn't you rather wash down those spicy wings at the Superbowl party with a tasty punch? Yeah - us too! Thankfully, our friends at MG Road Bar & Lounge sent over a delicious recipe for their Tiger Bowl Punch! Prep your gin and strawberry syrup on Saturday night and then get ready to host a classy Superbowl affair.

  • Ingredients

    1 750mL bottle of Beefeater Gin
    20oz Cappelletti
    10oz fresh lemon juice
    10oz strawberry simple syrup*
    20 dashes orange bitters
    2  Spicewalla bay leaves
    1 bottle of Brut or Prosecco

    Preparation

    1. Add bay leaves to bottle of gin and allow to infuse overnight.
    2. To prep the *Strawberry simple syrup, boil 1 cup of water with 1 cup of sliced strawberries and 1 cup of cane sugar. Once sugar is dissolved, let the syrup cool, then mix together.
    3. When ready to assemble, combine all ingredients in a punch bowl, adding the sparkling wine last.
    4. Garnish with thinly sliced lemon wheels. Serve over ice.
