T-Pain Sugar Daddy Salmon

Our T-Pain blends may be the perfect match for chicken wings, they're no one trick pony! These flavorful blends can be used on so many of your favourite dishes. We used the honey garlicky goodness of the Sugar Daddy blend to season some beautiful salmon with the perfect amount of sweet heat for a quick and simple meal that you can whip up any day of the week!

  • Ingredients

    3 skin-on salmon filets, about 6 ounces each

    2 Tbs avocado oil

    Spicewalla x T-Pain Sugar Daddy blend

    Fresh dill, for garnish

    Lemon slices, for garnish

    Preparation

    1. Preheat the oven to 475°F
    2. Pat the salmon filets dry with a paper towel. Drizzle or gently brush the oil evenly onto all sides of the filet and then place skin-side down onto a parchment-lined sheet tray. 
    3. Sprinkle filets generously with T-Pain Sugar Daddy blend.
    4. Place the sheet tray on the middle rack in the oven and cook for 8-10 minutes or until the salmon easily flakes apart with a fork. 
    5. Garnish with fresh dill and lemon slices. Enjoy!
