Delicious mild heat pepper flake

I love that these Aleppo Pepper Flakes have just that right amount of slow heat to make them so useful. I agree with other reviewers that they are good in so many things. I add them to so many dishes as a finishing spice. Beautiful in color and subtly warm in their heat. I keep 2 at all times in my spice pantry.

You can tell the freshness based on the moisture of these chili flakes. They don't add spice, but have incredible flavor! Nothing like typical chili flakes you can get at any grocery store.
