This is a second purchase. Because I shared my first tin with my kids, who loved it so much they used it all up. They already had an Herbs de Provence from another spice vendor, but that one was brown and dessicated compared to Spice Walla's.
This is a traditional herb blend, but the exact blend depends on the judgement and taste of the maker. This one is delicious, well balanced, and vibrant with fresh herbs.
Try it on chicken, fish, in sauces.
