I have been using this one and the mustard and tarragon sometimes together, sometimes separate. I have put them on popcorn, and made various ferments/krauts with them. I haven't used them on meat yet but i'm sure it'll be great!
I should add: I am local to Asheville, and I had trouble easily finding either of these blends in stores so I just went online to order. Aside from being at an awful intersection, the curbside couldn't' have been more convenient.
I also didn't think that I would make a habit of ordering from this company as I can easily get my spices in bulk at our local coop and have them be organic and relatively fresh (because that bulk room is high volume!)...I was wrong. This company has better quality. I have a friend with a restaurant that exclusively uses these spices.
i DO love the light/airtight and beautiful tins, but I wish they had a smaller scale bulk option for those of us that already have the containers, and don't need any more tins. I'm sure the tins themselves are a decent part of the cost as well. All in all...i'm sold.
