Ingredients 3 small tomatillos, quartered 3 serrano chile peppers, seeds removed (keep seeds if you like spicy!) and roughly chopped 2 cloves garlic 1 Tbs Spicewalla Pescado Verde ¼ cup cilantro leaves ¼ cup sour cream Juice of 1 lime Kosher salt Shop the Recipe Pescado Verde Seasoning $11.99 Print Preparation In a small saucepan, add the tomatillos, serranos, garlic cloves, and Spicewalla Pescado Verde. Add ½ cup water to the pan and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 8-10 minutes until the peppers and tomatoes are soft. Remove from the heat and carefully pour the contents of the pot to a blender. Add the cilantro and blend until smooth. Pour the salsa into a small mixing bowl, add the sour cream, lime juice, and a couple pinches of salt. Stir to incorporate.
